Programme and timings
The following is the programme for the Oman Conference 1998.
All events take place at the DETECON Building, Oberkasseler Str. 2, Bonn-Ramersdorf. The DETECON Building is conveniently situated directly at the U-Bahn (Underground) and Bus station "Ramersdorf" and can be reached by U-/S-Bahn lines 62, 66 and 66 and several bus lines.

we propose to meet at the beer garden of the "Bahnhof" in Oberkassel, Kalkuhlstr. 29, 53227 Bonn - just about 500 m away from DETECON.
Sunday, 21 June 1998: Post-Conference Programme
11.00 hrs: Brunch "on the roof"
Those who are still in Bonn on Sunday can meet for another get-together in the "Sommergarten" on the roof of the Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, enjoying free live music by
Tom Shaka (Blues) together with a brunch or just some drinks or snacks. The venue is in the middle of four of Bonn's major museums, allowing you to stroll off
for a visit before, during or after the brunch (which normally ends around 14:00 hrs). The "Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle" is directly at the U-Bahn (underground) stop "Heussallee" (lines 16, 63, 66 and 68), about 10 min from either
the DETECON Building or the Hauptbahnhof. Use the stairs outside the building (under the big tent) to get up to the roof area.
