[Oman-L] STUDIES ON IBADHISM

Studies in Ibadhism is crucial because it is probably one of the oldest sect in Islam.I am an Ibadhi myself and I am studying about the early Ibadhi Muslims in East Africa.Ibadhis, mostly ethnic Omanis are found in many locations in some parts of East Africa.Although some of them speak Arabic and follow the sect,the majority of them can't speak or write Arabic because they were denied the cultural grooming and education by their fathers who were easily intergrated with the indigeneous.
   
  I will appreciate to be assisted with study material on Ibadhism in general.
