[Oman-L] Moody's upgrades Oman's foreign/domestic currency bond ratings

Moody's Investors Service upgraded the long-term
foreign and domestic currency government bond ratings
of six Gulf countries to reflect the significant
strengthening of their public and external finances.

As for Oman, Moody's upgraded Oman's domestic currency
bond issuer rating to A3 with positive outlook from
Baa1. 
The country ceilings for long-term foreign currency
bonds were also upgraded with Oman's rating moved up
to A1 with positive outlook from A2.
