[Oman-L] Female circumcision in Oman

For Mohammed and Salah: 

I'm not the author of the research on the FGM, but I
find it quite stupid to read the remarks like yours.
You mustn't mix up the scientific research with
personal issues. 
I haven't had yet a chance to go to Oman though I
study its history, but I have lived during a year in
Egypt where the FGM still exists and is not something
totally "from the past". Why not to study it in Oman? 
If you say that it is from the past in Oman, somebody
must conserve this past with all its peculiarities.
