I guess my first instinct would be to send a fax to the Ministry of 
National Heritage and Culture in Muscat. They seem to be the main 
publisher for Ibadi literature and almost everything else in Oman.
FAX from the US is 011-968-602735. I would advise you to write in 
Arabic if possible to ensure a quicker reply. They have been very 
helpful to me in the past.
